ratioTEC Prüfsysteme GmbH was integrated into FORM + TEST Seidner & Co. GmbH in 2023. The two companies had already been working closely together for many years in the field of materials and testing technology.

As part of this integration, products, technologies, and the majority of employees were transferred to FORM + TEST Seidner & Co. GmbH. As a result, the development, production, sales, and service of ratioTEC testing systems will continue seamlessly within the FORM + TEST Group.
