In addition to preparing suitability tests for the production of asphalt mixes and concretes, MHI ensures the high quality standards in the mineral, asphalt and concrete sector of the MHI Group. 

For the concrete testing sector, ratioTEC was allowed to set up a complete fresh concrete laboratory. In order to be able to serve several fields of work simultaneously and to guarantee a smooth and fast workflow, the stainless steel work tables with integrated testing devices were arranged in a middle station in successive work steps. 

The large table top is made of one piece without edges so that a quick and easy cleaning of the surface is possible.

The base cabinets are partly made in special sizes. The table tops were in a reinforced version with a special plastic coating for a long service life, which have to withstand heavy-duty laboratory use. 

The individual base cabinets were equipped with central locking.

In 1993 we planned and fitted a laboratory for DAW/alsecco.

23 years later there was another opportunity for DAW to have a completely new laboratory to plan and equip. Particularly noteworthy in this case is the combination of stainless steel and plastic worktops.

The company PAGEL based in Essen is a leading manufacturer of special and grouting mortar systems for anchoring and injection work for many applications.

We were commissioned by PAGEL to completely equip the new concrete laboratory. In doing so, we realized a large number of special requests, such as storage basins for oversized concrete samples. These were made completely of stainless steel, with safety glazing in the lid.
